Shout Out to these 10 Book Bloggers // Support Book Bloggers 2022 Challenge

Another year, another monthly book bloggers challenge!

Hosted by Briana @ Pages Unbound, this challenge is to help support and uplift the book blogging community.

To help support and promote book bloggers further in 2022, I am hosting a (very casual) “Support Book Bloggers” Challenge. The idea is simple: we will work together to read blog posts, share them, comment on them, and boost book bloggers in other ways.

Briana @ Pages Unboundhttps://pagesunbound.wordpress.com/2021/12/27/2022-support-book-bloggers-challenge/

I’ve always been an advocate for supporting book bloggers in our community, because we’re all we got, and it’s lowkey an art/media form that only a few are still using. With social media platforms arising, some fear that the passion of blogging is a dying field. But with these 10 bloggers, it’s proof we’re not going anywhere.

Sophia @ Bookwyrming Thoughts

I’ve been following Sophia aka Soph since forever. We met through the New Bloggers Discord group, that is no longer with us. But we still keep in touch through the Bookish Collision discord group. Her posts are always so quirky, funny and outside of the box. She writes about books, movies, TV shows, K-pop and anything else she loves. Her co-writer Lupe also writes and is a huge help on the blog, too.

Kal @ Reader Voracious

Kal is a resourceful blogger who created the book bloggers spreadsheet, which she deserves an award for, for all of her hard work on that. I don’t read her posts very often, but I do appreciate her techy talents in the community.

Clo @ Cuppa Clo

Clo was one of the first book bloggers I became friends with online. She’s super funny and sweet, she doesn’t blog as much anymore because she’s on hiatus (Note: she’s now officially off hiatus!). Her posts are so introspective, thoughtful, and keep you guessing each time.

Kristina @ Books & Dachshunds

Another blogger I don’t read a ton of, but I love how clean and easy her blog looks. Most of her posts vary from book reviews, poetry reviews, weekly/monthly memes, and bullet journal postings.

Sam @ Fictionally Sam

Sam!!!!!!!!! I just love Sam so much! One of the epic trio—Soph @ Bookwyrming Thoughts; Clo @ Cuppa Clo—Sam creates some of the coolest content, from reviews, wrap-ups, movies, and more. She’s also the co-creator of Bookend Events, a quarterly blogging event to discuss books, blogging and community. Both she and Clo have created a great event for the blogosphere to come together and have fun every season. I’ve been a host a few times, and it’s always so well organized. It’s also a lot of fun!

Heather @ The Frozen Library

Her blog’s name reminds me of winter lol. Plus, it looks so cozy and comfy, which is the vibe I aspire my blog to be after.

Jayati @ It’s Just a Coffee-Addicted Bibliophile

Jayati is possibly one of the most creative bloggers I’ve ever known. I see her posts all the time on Instagram, and her videos are always so funny and creative. I did a guest post for her blog in November 2020, about 13 shows/movies I watched during quarantine, and she was so nice throughout the whole process.

Krysta & Briana @ Pages Unbound

These two powerhouses have been slaying the book blogging world since 2011, and haven’t stopped since. They discuss everything bookish, movies, and are huge supporters of the library world, its workers and the industry. As an aspiring young adult librarian, it’s so refreshing to see bloggers supporting libraries.

Eline @ Lovely Audiobooks

Eline is another sweetheart blogger who advocates for the use of audiobooks and accessibility issues. I use audiobooks all the time, and yes, they count as reading. Eline also has her own monthly review meme, The Monthly Book Blogger Link-Up.

Kate @ Your Tita Kate

Everytime I think of Kate’s blog name, I think of this ABBA song lmaoo:

But seriously, I love Kate and her blog content. I just adore her happy, bubbly, cheery personality and her ever-changing ideas and posts. She discusses pretty much everything; books, movies, music, and nature. I like how she also incorporates her Filipina heritage into her work. She also has a podcast called I Have Bookish Kwento that I seriously need to catch up on, but it’s so cute and nerdy!
