3. Feel free to switch up the names of candies
4. Tag whoever you want

I don’t read seasonally, but if I did, I’d read mostly the Fall/Winter books, like Harry Potter, Outlander, books that provide a warm and cozy feeling so I don’t have to pay much attention because I know their story already. I also love rereading some of my favorite Fanfiction, specifically Twilight fanfics over and over, because I love the creativity behind some of my favorite characters.

Either The Night Circus or Ace of Shades; those two books have come across pretty creepy to me! They both have eerie themes about them that I can only read once in a blue moon. Perfect for Halloween.

The Poet X I would say I enjoyed reading slowly. It’s written in verse poetry, so I feel like it’s crucial to read something like this slowly. Also, it’s a deeply personal novel written by Elizabeth Acevedo; while I’m not sure if it’s from her personal experience, I can still tell it’s based on experiences she’s seen.

Escaping Exodus by Nicky Drayden is a little hard to get through. It’s an intergalactic sci-fi novel, which is not a genre I normally read, so it’s been a bit of a struggle to get through. Since a different world, the world-building, technology, and terminology of this universe takes more time for me to understand. The characters are easier to sympathize for and root for because while they’re not human, their humanity is what draws me to them.

I tag you! Comment below your choices for this tag!
