TOP TEN TUESDAY #9: Ten Facts About Me

I’m a huge, epic, strange weirdo of a nerd! I love being geeky and trippy, about all things (except superheroes, not a big fan of those.) I love fantasy books, YA-lit books, romance, adventure, and more! 

I have another blog called Paramore RK Life, which focuses on the daily workings of my favorite pop-punk rock band, Paramore, and actors Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. But back to Paramore, lead singer Hayley Williams and guitarist Taylor York, are my favorite band of all time! I’ve loved them since 2007 and can’t wait for their new album. I have a huge Jamaican family, all the way back to my great-grandparents. It’s a shame we only get together for holidays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, birthdays, graduation and such. It’s not that we don’t love each other, we do very much. But we’re all so busy that we get together for the big events. But whenever we get together we have a party!! 😀 

I’ve had the writing bug since I was 4 years old, and it’s never really stopped. Sure, I’ve had times when I was tired or felt uninspired or lazy, but I’ve always found the time to slide in more work for myself. I’ve never actually let go of writing as a whole, and I don’t think I want to. Hopefully after college, I’ll do something or take this somewhere further. 

I’m shy, awkward, introverted, again trippy and weird. I hardly ever go out, have a couple friends, and I know that sounds really sad, but that’s just who I am. I don’t smoke, drink or do any of the hardcore stuff. I spend most of my time alone, but I like to have fun in my own way.

Especially on my personal Twitter (@dani_pitter), I’m always there talking, ranting, raving, fangirling about something or someone or some event no one in the real world cares about. I have the most friends there than any other platform, and it’s so much fun to interact with everyone. (I do have a life, I swear lol).

I just finished my first year at a new college (technically my third year), with a Bachelor’s in Communication with a Journalism certificate, and I have no idea what will happen next. I have some idea that I want to do something in media and journalism, but with the competition, and my personality, it’s harder to break into if you don’t have your own audience with it. So, I could intern somewhere or get a job at a production company, or something! I don’t know, I don’t know if I’ll ever really know, but I’ll have fun trying. I won’t give up blogging or talking about books though; that’s never going to leave my mind.
