#BESUMMER19 BOOKENDING SUMMER 2019 // Day 9:Summer Vacation Worlds

In case you don’t know, Bookending Summer is one of the quarterly events, running under the umbrella term “Bookend Events”, aspiring to bring the book blogging community closer together! Bookending Summer has a vague theme of Ocean, Beach, Vacations, Contemporaries (you know…Summer), but you DO NOT need to stick to this theme at all! Summer Vacation: Top 10 book cities/worlds you’d like to visit
A list of the ten fantasy worlds/cities you would like to spend your summer in.

Wakanda (Black Panther) –  Who wouldn’t want to visit the land of all things glorious and powerful and amazing as Black Panther’s home country? 

Orisha (Children of Blood & Bone) –  I’m STILL reading this one, but the world of different people/nations of magical abilities would be both a fascinating and dangerous summer. 

Avatar: the Last Airbender world –  CBB is slightly inspired by Avatar the Last Airbender, and I used to absolutely adore that show on Nickelodeon!! So it only fits that both worlds are places I’d want to visit for the summer. As for the Avatar 4 Nations, I’d visit after the fire-nation wars (both of them!) so when I would visit, it’d be peaceful and happy. 

Wizarding World (Harry Potter) –  Who wouldn’t have the chance to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter?! To see the great Hogwarts castle, Hogsmeade, Diagon Alley would be so much fun! I’d honestly fangirl and die if I’d saw Harry, Hermione, and Ron walking along with their world…

K-pop World (Comeback) –  I’m a huge BTS fan (ARMY represent!! 💜) so when I’d gotten an email to read this book by Lyn Ashwood, I knew I had to read it. It’s not BTS related per-se, but it is very influenced by the K-pop standards and behind-the-scenes. And the world itself is so cute, that I’d take a trip for NEON showcases and live stages. 

The Shadow-world/Institute (Shadowhunters) –  MALEC!! CLACE!! SIZZY!! Maia and Jordan!! No, but seriously I’d love to see the Institute and all of the inner workings of how Shadowhunters work. 

Renegades World (Renegades by Marissa Meyer) –  It would be interesting to see some realistic superheroes flying around, like The Incredibles. Watching the Renegades and Anarchists go at it would be both terrifying and amazing during the summer.
