One-Sentence Reviews // May 2019

Here is another addition from my One-Sentence Reviews segment for May 2019. This is to compartmentalize and arrange all of the books I read this month in a shortened time frame.

I literally read these two books back to back, and I am so proud of myself for reading this much because I never read books in this way. I usually like to take my time in between finishing one and starting another. I’m even sometimes glad to go through long reading slumps just to have a chance to breathe and live in the real world. But surprisingly, it was one good read after another in May!

Title: Turtles All the Way Down by John Green
Read: May 10 – May 16
One-Sentence Review: Turtles was a very good read and exceeded my expectations.

Title: Again, But Better by Christine Riccio
Read: April 12 – May 27
One-Sentence Review: While this wasn’t a terrible read, it was a bit of a struggle to get through; especially past Part 2.
