#T5W TOP 5 WEDNESDAY: FORGETTABLE BOOKS?!

Wow, it’s been awhile since I’ve done a T5W post, but I’m back for another one. Thanks for waiting!

For those who don’t know what Top 5 Wednesday is, it’s a weekly book group about our top five favorite things in the middle of the week.

Created by Lainey from GingerReadsLainey and now hosted by Samantha from ThoughtsonTomes, this week’s entry describes the top 5 forgettable books:

January 17th: Forgettable Books
–Whether you loved or hated them at the time, these are books that you just don’t really remember…

Now mind you, this doesn’t mean that these books are ones I personally think are forgettable based on plot, characters, or anything literary. It merely means I don’t remember the depths of how I’d felt while reading them.

5. Fractured by Elizabeth Stacey I remember this book being about two girls kidnapped by the MC’s ex-boyfriend, and the best friend’s brother saving them….but other than that, I don’t remember how I’d felt while reading. You’d think that any kind of kidnapping story would stick with me, but it’s been three years since I’ve last finished it.

4. Hush,Hush by Richelle Mead I feel for this series because this series was in the midst of vampire love, werewolves, forbidden romances and stuff like that. 2008-2010 fluff should be memorable, but this book just wasn’t. I do remember there was supposed to be a movie for it, but that failed, sadly…

3. The Summoning by Kelley Armstrong I’d read this around 2010, and I don’t remember it at all lol. I do remember ghosts and haunted houses being apart of the plot, but I don’t remember much else.

2. Frontline by Alexandra Richland I think this was a Twilight fanfic-turned-novel….???

1. What She Left Behind by Ellen Marie Wiseman I’d read this for my local book club a year or two ago, but I don’t remember what it was about.
